I contacted Mr Kell In April of 2023 to develop a website for my business. We agreed on a price of…read more$1450.00 and $99 a moth for domain hosting. After Mr Kell received a deposit of $750.00, he decided to go on vacation for a week. I thought it was unprofessional, but decide to proceed. Different clients and even myself had trouble navigating around the finished website. I called a couple of times but never received the help I needed. Basically I had a website that was unusable. September of 2023 I contacted Mr Kell once more to add and make some changes to the Website. He gave me a quote for $2000.00. His reasoning was that he had under charged me initially. $1450.00 for Website, 5 months at $99 a month of hosting which was paid to Mr Kell, and now another $2000.00! OK, time to move on. In my opinion, Mr Kell has very poor business and work ethics, along with an attitude. Thanks.
