There were many restaurants and bars just a short walk from the hotel. There is even a grocery store about a block away. The breakfast buffet is one of the better offerings, that I have enjoyed, while staying at a Hilton. We had a high floor corner room with great views of the city. I would stay here again.

From the front desk to the lobby lounge, the service was very attentive. I stayed on the 18th floor. Nice king size room. Room amenities were nice. Bath was nice and featured a stand up shower as well as a bath. Daily room attendant too. Easy to get taxi and Ubers as well. Pretty central location, and about 20 mins to the airport. Highly recommended!

Warsaw is very walkable and The Westin Hotel was well positioned in this beautiful city. Many nice restaurants within walking distance. We walked from the hotel and had a nice dinner at The Alchemist Bar & Grill and a nice walk to the park. We arrived on my birthday and a card signed by The Westin Team and birthday cake was waiting in our room when we returned from dinner. Lovely surprise and very thoughtful. Thank you. Magdalena, guest relations manager & head concierge, met with me in person to address the issue and she was absolutely incredible. Not only did she personally apologize, she went out of her way to get me into a new room and even left a bottle of wine as a gift for the troubles. Magdalena was attentive, extremely kind and professional, and completely turned my stay around. Because of her and how much I really love this hotel, it is now my go-to hotel, and the only place I will stay at in Warsaw - which I now go to almost each month for a week each trip on average. The staff is incredible and makes my stay so enjoyable every time. The hotel is beautiful and I feel at home every time I stay there. The staff were great, the hotel bar was really cool, showing five different films at once below the liquor shelf. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. It was a bit pricey and we wanted to explore more of the city. Perfect location. Close to train station, Hala koszyki and Zlote Tarasy. This hotel is actually a really good place to stay for vegans. Nearby there were several vegan restaurants. Burgers, bakery, sushi, eastern food etc.

I thought the beds in Germany were firm but these are extra extra extra firm with zero quilting or padding for your joints. The sheets however are lovely. Super soft. If they were on a nice mattress it would be PERFECT.

The spa fitness is wonderful. They have a sauna and a steam room and a relax area. Massage is only one room with two beds. I had a massage treatments with Irina. She was wonderful. One of the best massages I have had in years. The Lounge. I love the lounge access for snacks and drinks and a light dinner. Excellent variety of foods. I loved the carrot soup and the eggplant. The hot tea section has teas, lemon, honey, cloves and star anise. The perfect cup of tea. Things that could be improved. They have two locker rooms with about 24 available lockers in each. They gave me the locker against the wall that was hard to open. Why? The swinging doors to get into the locker room was noisy and a bit of wd40 would really help as it's right behind the door to the massage room. Rubber slippers for the sauna/ steam room would be great. Hair brushes by the hair dryer.

Market they don't have frozen meals like in the US but they offer snacks and beverages at a discounted price than the what's in the mini bar. Free Wifi throughout the hotel -- no password. Brasserie restaurant for breakfast (buffet & a la crate), lunch, and dinner. The rooms are a bit of the throwback to 1970s Europe business travel. It has everything you need desk, bed, easy chair, tea/coffee service, mini bar, etc. -- all very well maintained. The BEST thing -- walking over to the airport with baggage to check while the my carry ons were in my room. It's much nicer to wait in a hotel room than an airport. The BAD - I get that it's Europe so when you take the key out of the wall slot to leave the room all the lights go out. But if the TV stays on can they figure out a way to leave one outlet on so computers, iPads, phones, etc can charge?!?!!!?
