Gave him the money and followed up with a text asking him to do the work the week of April 6th. He agreed via text. Week came & went with no further communication from him from my texts & phone calls. Once I did reach him by phone on April 14th, he became totally ignorant and angry making excuses about the rainy weather and other jobs that needed to be done. I told him I wanted my money back because I do not want him to do the job. After insults, he said he would gladly refund my money and he was doing me a favor by giving me a good price, but I was unappreciative. Still have not received my refund. I filed a complaint with the PA Attorney General's office also. After some further research, I found 2 magistrate cases in 2024 where he had to pay back money he owed. He lost both cases. I have full documentation to back this up.

Charlie came and gave us the price (which I thought was high) but we trusted him to do a good job. Paid him money down (which I do not like to do) and said he would be back in a few days. I asked for caramel and brown and got red and orange. He didn't show many times when he promised he would show and did not have the courtesy to text saying he would not be coming. told my husband I couldn't be pleased, which if he would have done the colors I asked for I would have been pleased. Then he was to overlay a sidewalk which he tried to get out of. Told him to match the color on my porch, which it was similar but they did not seal it completely and it looked terrible. My 8 year old granddaughter told them they missed many spots. Sent his guys back to redo and they made it look like a gravel gray road. The original was brown. Finally after many phone calls he sent the crew back and they did make it tan but it was to have little flecks of color in which they did not do. Please be cautious of this company. They go by 2 different names. I have a folder full of pics and emails to verify all of this.
