The following is our review for a full home unpack/declutter/organize which Homefuless completed for us recently: We moved to London from the US and when our 5 BR home worth of belongings arrived in one giant shipping container it was overwhelming to say the least. I frantically googled for "London version of The Home Edit" and thankfully found Caroline and Homefulness. She responded immediately and offered to come by the following day (a Sunday!) to assess the project and provide me with guidance/assurance that her team could tackle it. She maneuvered schedules of her squad and two days later her ninjas were in our house beginning to work their magic. Zanelle, Maya, Molly, and Claire were incredible - full of energy, positivity, and solutions .. a real "can-do" approach to what seemed like a mountain of items to go through. They made it all achievable and they did so with my dog and two toddlers running around them. If you work full time as well, note you will not be required to be "on site" for the entirety of the project - only the decluttering which requires your input. That was huge as my work schedule has been packed. They offer a variety of services but we went for the full moving suite including decluttering, containing, and organizing. The Homefulness approach made everything seamless and allowed us to declutter (almost entirely through charitable donations) a ton of items. I loved that the team always made me feel great about the decisions we were making on categories (no guilt on what you keep vs not), and the speed with which they came up with solutions. They were so quick with taking measurements and ensuring that the product we needed to complete the project was reviewed by me at the end of each day (or intraday) and ordered immediately for arrival next-day. One large item (a wardrobe to hang clothing) arrived and required assembly - Caroline was able to tap into her network to have a handyman there next day to assemble. It made a big difference to see the space taking shape day by day. They label everything and take you through a tour of your home on the final day to showcase where everything is intuitively placed. The results are BEAUTIFUL - my husband, kids, pup and I are actually able to get right to enjoying our home and living life in London. It would have taken us MONTHS to do what Caroline's team did so expertly in days. Fantastic job all around and we give our highest recommendation!

Deeply regret we deviated from our clients preferred supplier and provided this company with our…read morebusiness. To start with just to get a refund for returned goods is frustrating with no clear communication or urgency. A few weeks have passed since we first reached out in an attempt to return some unused and untouched stock - 13 lengths of cornices - following surplus based on the company's own quantity recommendation. However we were informed by Mark (the owner) that this was not possible due to space limitations. After our initial conversation with Mark, we attempted to follow up to see if space had become available and another staff member mentioned the company had multiple storage options but when we raised that point with the owner, we were met with: "Whoever you spoke to does not know what they are talking about" and no solution was offered. Despite our willingness to cover restocking and delivery fees as outlined by the company on our previous return, and even offering to store the items until space became available, we have been met consistently with dismissive responses and repeated avoidance of our requests. There has been zero regard for customer satisfaction, environmental responsibility or basic fairness in how this situation should have been handled. We won't be using them again and wouldn't recommend them to others.

Though not getting any business they were very helpful and gave me good advice especially about the stripping substances/how they work. When the decorators put this into practice the results were not as expected because the underlying cornices/roses turned out to be not only multi coats of paint covered but damaged as well. I contacted London Plastercraft again and they sent Andrew out to take a look. Andrew gave further advice but I was feeling less confident about results in the short time I had a available so asked what they could do. Well they couldn't have done more from setting out options (including renew which we decided), helped us select what we wanted, producing it, and, just 8 (Eight) days later, their smart young team installed it so enabling my decorators to maintain schedule. It looks fantastic, I couldn't be more pleased with the company, the team involved (especially Andrew) or the price.

The good price-to-quality point is because they are a small, lean outfit based in South London, so they don't have lots of overheads. We got a Scandi style wardrobe installed by them, and a few months on, very impressed with the finish. So why the four stars? There were a few hiccups during the installation process, which took quite some time to sort out, but they were sorted out in the end. So the final outcome was good, but there was some friction during the purchase and installation process.
