My very first experience there was difficult because it was a language barrier between me and the attendant, and he treated me as if I was a vagrant instead of paying Customer because I have to use the restroom pretty badly and I didn't want to bring all my stuff in before and risk an accident.. and while I understand, no one has to be kind at work. It does help to have compassion for people. Piper was super helpful without being overbearing and was able to keep not all the peace and calm but an upbeat and very neighborhood friendly atmosphere.. I felt 100 times safer that I had my other visit because not only was security present but engaging and downright sweet!!! I hope you guys keep Piper around for a long time

This shows there is no security for customers' belongings at all. Anyone can just give a phone number and take someone else's items. The total value of my clothes is over $5,000, and the store has not taken any responsibility for this situation. I expect the store to take responsibility and resolve this issue.
