All of the staff at Mr. Appliance are absolutely amazing!!! They are very friendly, kind and caring. They are God fearing people who believe in God and will talk about Him with you, but not be push it on you if it makes you uncomfortable. What an amazing service and servant heart to add to your business. I have used them several times. The first time was at my bakery in Darlington, when no one else wanted to take the time to come help me and I had no idea to call...The owner, {Alex, I believe?) came to my rescue!!! If my doors are closed...that means I have no customers, unhappy customers and no money to pay my bills. But, he worked me in his busy schedule and understood my situation and was so very good and kind to me. The second time I called him, was more recently for my dryer at home. His precious and sweet secretary was actually on her vacation and was taking calls from wherever she was to help the business and then relaying the information back to the guys here at home!!! WOW!!! It is hard to find a dedicated employee like that! She is sweet as pie...I just love talking to her! Best customer service hands down from her and the guys repairing! When they come to your home, they wear the little booties over their shoes to keep your floors clean. They explain exactly what is wrong, what repairs are needed, what cost will be involved and they go above and beyond and cleaned the inside of place that I can not normally clean and reach to clean before they put it all back together! I give them the highest rating ever! Thank you to the whole team for always taking such good care of me and my family! I called Mr. Appliance based on the recommendation of a neighbor. They were great to work with--scheduling was easy, even when I had to cancel my appointment at the last minute and reschedule. They sent me an email the day before my appointment to give me a 2-hour window for their arrival, and on the day of the appointment I got a call letting me know they were on their way...and it was within the 2-hour range they'd given me. When the repairman arrived he brought shoe covers with him so he wouldn't track anything into my house. He was very personable, courteous, and knowledgeable. He figured out the problem and told me my washer just needed an adjustment. He could have told me that I needed new parts but he didn't--he was honest and only suggested an adjustment and then got to work after I approved the work. He was done quickly, cleaned up, payment by credit card was easy, and the adjustment got my washer back to being operational. While he was running my washer through a test cycle he offered to clean my refrigerator coils at no extra charge and left the brush with me so I could use it in the future for my fridge, dryer, or wherever I might need it. I would like to say a few things about Mr. Appliance of West Central Indiana. First I want to thank Lisa, who is the lady I talked with about having someone check our refridgerater...it was not cooling as a result of a thunderstorm lightning surge...she was so kind and helpful and got a repair person here quickly. The gentleman who came to repair is Daniel Eaglin. He was very kind and courteous and repaired our fridge. The cost was reasonable and I won't hesitate to call them again for any repair jobs we need. We were impressed with the fact that they sent a text with the person's pic and name who would be coming. That way you knew who to expect. He was very clean also; covered his shoes when he entered our home and cleaned up after he finished. We hope we have no appliance issues but know who we will call if we need to. I had a freezer in my garage that stopped working 13 years ago and I decided to have it looked at prior to scrapping it. Alex from Mr. Appliance came out and got it running. But after running a day it stopped, so he came out immediately for a free courtesy call and replaced a part for free. Then a few days later the fan began making a loud sound so once again he immediately came out and replaced the fan and did not charge for the service call. Also Lisa from Mr. Appliance of West Central Indiana did an excellent job of contacting me, quickly setting up appointments and updating me. I also like that I got a text that stated Alexis would be coming and they sent a photo of him so I knew who to expect. Alexis also called to inform me that he was on his way. Called Mr. Appliance at 8 AM, service tech was at my house by noon. He was polite and professional. The electronics on my gas range stopped working. He was able to diagnose the problem with in 30 minutes and was able to repair the appliance right on the spot (no second trip out). I am 100% satisfied and will use Mr. Appliance again in the future. read more

I've had Mr. Appliance at my house on three different occasions and their work was excellent. Also, they clean up after they are done, don't come in the house with muddy shoes. They fixed an icemaker on my refrigerator, installed a new garbage disposal, and cleaned my dryer duct. Was very pleased with their work. read more
