I get the grilled pork banh mi at least once a week for lunch, yes I'm fully addicted, and they have never missed. Literally never. People say never say never, but this spot proves them wrong. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistent, which is hard to find when you just need a quick, reliable lunch. It's easily in my top five favorite go to spots when I want something fast that still tastes amazing. I genuinely have zero negative feedback. Very friendly staff and the food is good. I recommend that you order to go as the seating area is limited. My go to is the stirred beef sate. Sometimes I get a little disappointed with the other meat options where I bite down onto something with unchewable fat or too much ligament. The grilled pork is a bit choppy and dry, some areas of the pork was warm and then some were cold... so not sure I would order that again. But overall, it's a good deal since the combo also includes a drink and chips. The real standout is the bread -- Toasty and crisp on the outside, yet airy and soft inside. It's hard to find a banh mi place that nails that perfect bread balance, but they definitely do here. The ac must have been broken today bc it was a bit warm inside. I can't remember if it was like that in the past. Seating is plenty, parking can get rough depending on the time but it's been fine when I go during lunch. We've been coming here for years and we a little inconsistent with the quality initially but they seem to have fixed that as it's been very good the last few times we've been. Our go to are the combination with all the fresh sliced meats and the grilled pork which had a good mix of lean and fatty cuts. I enjoyed both, but their combination is still my favorite here. Service was quick, and there were a couple of tables that people can sit down and eat at. They have a buy 5 get 1 free mix & match promo including sandwich, smoothie, & coffee. They also serve eggrolls for $1.50 ea and have a buy 10 get 2 free promo. In comparison to other banh mi spots, theirs is pretty light on the mayo/pate. I know some people prefer it this way, so if you like lots of mayo/pate you'll probably have to ask for extra. Their bread this time around was softer/chewier - it doesn't crunch when you bite into the bread. This is not a bad thing, it's just personal preference on how you want your bread.
