Very friendly staff and the food is good. I recommend that you order to go as the seating area is limited. My go to is the stirred beef sate. Sometimes I get a little disappointed with the other meat options where I bite down onto something with unchewable fat or too much ligament. The grilled pork is a bit choppy and dry, some areas of the pork was warm and then some were cold... so not sure I would order that again. We've been coming here for years and we a little inconsistent with the quality initially but they seem to have fixed that as it's been very good the last few times we've been. Our go to are the combination with all the fresh sliced meats and the grilled pork which had a good mix of lean and fatty cuts. They have a buy 5 get 1 free mix & match promo including sandwich, smoothie, & coffee. They also serve eggrolls for $1.50 ea and have a buy 10 get 2 free promo. In comparison to other banh mi spots, theirs is pretty light on the mayo/pate. I know some people prefer it this way, so if you like lots of mayo/pate you'll probably have to ask for extra. Their bread this time around was softer/chewier - it doesn't crunch when you bite into the bread. This is not a bad thing, it's just personal preference on how you want your bread.
