They are all about customer service. The owner actually loaded the kayak into our truck himself and helped tie it down with bungee cord. So I asked one of the moms videotaping her kids, "Who is the company giving these lessons?' I jumped on their website, texted the number there and got our 11 year old signed up for a private lesson for the very next day. Sydney was a lovely and patient instructor. The owner was there, too, very polite and organized and I paid with Venmo right there on the beach. And my son who had never surfed before got up about 40 times in his 90 minute lesson.
