When my insurance company finally booked Wallace Transport, it was smooth sailing from there. Antwuan was great. Insurance told me that they should be there in about 60-90 minutes. When the tow…read moretruck came and they pulled my car completely on the tow truck then the tow truck guy ask for the money and he said that was a mistake that he price that low. Than he ask for another 60 dollar more which is come out 220 dollars. I disagreed and only paid for the price agreed at first which is 160 dollars put it this way. From the pick up address to the drop off address is only 6.6 miles. And cost 160 dollars that's a bit too much. What ever had happened please don't jack up the price that way. I would rather keep my mouth shut and complete the service without asking for more money. I definitely believe this towing company had been asking for more money with other folks this way. I will not use them again in the future.

It took a few calls to get someone to pick up. I explained that I had a Yelp offer and that I needed roadside assistance. He asked where the car was located so I told him it was in Decatur. He then asked where I wanted it towed. I answered, "Decatur." He then replied, "We don't have any trucks." So I said, "Why did you ask me where the car was located if you knew you didn't have any trucks?" He said, "My driver lives in McDonough. He is not going to want to tow your car and then have to drive that far to go home." What in the blood clot? So basically, they are only towing cars in the drivers neighborhood. Well played sir, well played.
