Mr. donut has the absolute best and freshest donuts in the state. They've been around a long time. They're usually closed on Monday. Their prices have gone up a little bit recently, but understandably would highly recommend trying them. It's the only place I buy my donuts. read more

They have everything you're ever looking for in a traditional donut shop. It seems like a family run business too, which is always super awesome to support. I didn't know what everything was because there is no signage. But ask the friendly staff and they are more than happy to explain everything. We got four donuts and it came out to about $10. And we got some bonus donut holes as a surprise! The caramel old fashion was dense, sweet, and a perfect pairing to coffee. I also tried their apple cinnamon donut, their apple fritter, and a long john. You couldn't get a better donut; super soft and pillowy. They had so many regulars too, which makes me want to become a fellow regular! read more

Disappointing Experience I ordered 6 donuts--4 were out of stock. After finally placing a replacement order and paying via phone, the employee suddenly claimed I didn't pay, even though I showed proof of the completed transaction. He insisted I pay again or leave. As we argued and others walked in, he pushed the donuts at me saying, "Take it, even though you didn't pay for it." When I said I wouldn't return, he replied, "Good, we don't need people like you here." Unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I won't be back. read more

Wow! We stopped by on a whim to grab donuts for the kids after their lab draw. I knew from the line out the door and the sweet smell of sugar that this was the place to be. Upon entry, we were greeted cheerfully and grabbed 6 amazing donuts and 2 kolaches. Upon getting home we found they threw in some donut holes as well, which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. Sweet. Savory. Perfect sized. Colorful. Traditional. Delicious. The best of the best. All words to describe the deliciousness I noshed on yesterday morning, and really the perfect way to start the day! We arrived around 10am and despite the late hour, the case was filled with freshly made donuts ready for noshing. Because everything looked delicious, we opted to order a half dozen of maple bacon, cinnamon roll, chocolate sprinkles, chocolate cake and an apple fritter. A variety of hot sandwiches and kolache's are available as well - if you're in a hot breakfast traditional mood, but the donuts are seriously delicious. Staff was extremely friendly and professional - allowing us ample time to determine our order, smiled and made us feel right at home. The space is tiny, but mighty and has a small dining area which we took advantage of. Order in person, via delivery or online and you're good to go! We pre-ordered Happy B-Day Donuts yesterday for my son's 16th b-day. We were going to eat them on the road to Utah to spend his birthday with family in Utah. We get to the door at 9am, and the sign says they are closed. Nobody is there. No phone call out of courtesy letting us know they closed. Another business with poor communication skills with loyal customers. This is the last time we'll ever go to Mr. Donut. Happy Birthday to my 16 year old. This has been my local favorite for quite a while. A wonderful family run establishment with great donuts of all kinds. Personally I'm a fan of the apple fritters. Now I learned they are not just a local favorite, but are also #21 in the nation! Congratulations to Mr. Donuts! I'll be by soon to "celebrate" with you. Friendly service! Got a few donut holes thrown in. Used to come here frequently. Moved but have tried to stop by a few other times that they are not open, even though they are supposed to be per their hours. Gave it another chance today.......and never again! Small donuts, nothing fancy, and $30 for a dozen. Yikes!! Even their pricing on the counter shows $20 per dozen. Not worth it! Won't be back! read more

I would give 10 stars if I could! This place was recommended by family so we had to stop by while we were in town visiting! The staff/owners were so friendly and accommodating and incredibly patient as we selected our dozen! When we got in the car we spoke about how nice the experience was and when we opened our box we saw that they had thrown in some free donut holes--how nice!! The donuts are also FANTASTIC--would definitely recommend the blueberry if that's your jam. If you're ever in Lone Tree you should absolutely stop by! read more

Mr Donuts is where you go when you want a good, old fashioned donut. One day, I will actually venture to the store but for now, I find myself ordering them via Yelp which is so darn easy. Maybe too easy! I'm a sucker for a solid cake donut and they certainly have them. My favorite is the blueberry but red velvet and salted caramel put up a good fight. Besides that, we've tried the croissant donut (cronut?), glazed, cinnamon roll, and more. I love how they throw in a couple of free donut holes to really round out your sampling! My delivery is always super speedy which is appreciated in the morning. It's all very affordable, even when the service feeds are tacked on. Wow! What an incredible surprise. I had never tried donuts in the Denver area and wanted to find a good location. Trusting the Yelp recommendations in the area I stopped in to Mr Donut early on a Sunday morning and was greeted by the most friendly service and arguably best donuts I've ever experienced. Donuts were way too sweet. Possibly even sweeter than Krispy Kreme, which is already insanely sweet. It is pretty light in texture, but I've had lighter. The kolache tasted okay, but I wouldn't order it again. In fact, I don't think I'll return because I struggled, bite after bite, to get through the sugar. The best way to enjoy is to get a nice bitter, black coffee or espresso and drink a cup in between bites. If you absolutely have to try this donut shop, then do yourself a favor and definitely avoid the croissant donut and cake donut. Although these are generally my two favorite type of donuts, they were the sweetest of them all from this shop. read more

This place has gone down hill. Customer service is awful. Went at 8am on a Sunday and there was only one guy working the counter and their shelves were almost empty. The guy was also locking the door and only letting people leave after 3 or 4 people were done. So you had to wait in line to order, which you were rushed through and cut off if you took too long, and then had to wait to leave. Not to mention it's a hazard, and illegal, to lock people in like that. You're better off getting your donuts at a grocery store. read more

The donut selection is extensive! The breakfast kolaches are great, as well as the sausage or bacon cheese "pockets"!! Donuts are super soft and fresh. The folks working couldn't have been more friendly and chipper at 6:15 in the morning. Highly recommend the maple bacon donut. I real winner our community needs to support. read more

They make it ridiculously hard to get donuts. Please consider revising your hours to accurately reflect when you will be here and have stock. We have come three times on the weekend after 12 and they don't have any and locked up the store. Just close at noon (or whenever you usually run out) instead of leaving me guessing if I should stop by. Won't be returning until that is fixed. read more

Many times a change in ownership is a good thing, the Colorado Rockies could certainly use one. But in this case, not so much. I noticed differences immediately once the change happened and actually inquired about it the second time in went in after it was sold. Little things like donuts not being cooked fully or slight differences to the flavor. Seeing the 8-10 donut holes I would always get as a long time customer go to 1 or 2. Slowly I've stopped going to this shop. Today was the kicker! Placed my standard order, 3 old fashion glaze, 3 blueberry, 3 cronuts and 3 maple bacon. Got my 4 donut holes. Then went to enter my loyalty info. I was informed that they changed to a Chase POS system and didn't have a way to transfer the points. Sorry! I had well over 1000, probably closer to 1300. The staff didn't seem overly concerned. Word of mouth and loyal customers are what keep small businesses in business. The previous owners understood this and had a successful enough business that the new owners wanted it. Probably not the best business practice to alienate the very people that made the business what it was. They are living off the formal glory. I won't be returning. read more

Plenty of space, tables and outlets with strong WiFi and even stronger coffee! Since I've never been, I kept it traditional and ordered off their regular menu vs seasonal drinks. Coco MacNut Latte was pretty tasty, they will put it in a glass or cup if you're staying there which I appreciate. Staff was super friendly, clean bathrooms and they even had free smoothie samples to try. I'll be adding this to my working from a coffee shop rotation, mahalo!!!

I was hoping the small coffee would be free with purchase of bag, but I guess it wasn't. The bag of coffee wasn't cheap, so I was disappointed in how over-roasted the beans were. Adjusting grind levels and water temperature, there was always a bitterness or too watered down. The other flavors present in the beans, however, we're quite nice. I was hoping that they would have real kona coffee, but unfortunately their supplier suffered from disaster in Hawaii. Not going to blame them for that, but objectively speaking, if a Hawaiian coffee shop doesn't have Hawaiian coffee, then I am sad about it. At the same time, due to the circumstances, there is a compelling reason to throw some more support behind them.

My 12-year-old son has recently gotten into Dungeons & Dragons, and for his birthday we reserved a table here knowing that Enchanted Grounds welcomes tabletop RPGs. I'll admit, I was a little hesitant about leaving my son and four of his friends somewhere new on their own for nearly four hours. Any concerns disappeared almost immediately. One staff member in particular, Paul, went above and beyond. The boys would not stop saying, "Paul is the GOAT." He checked in on them throughout their entire time there, helped them out whenever they needed it, and genuinely made them feel welcome. More importantly, he made me feel completely at ease as a parent. It's rare to find a business that not only creates a fun, inclusive space for kids but also earns the trust of parents so effortlessly. Enchanted Grounds Highlands Ranch has my respect and admiration. Thank you for giving my son one of the best birthday experiences he's ever had. We'll definitely be back.

Just wanted a place to work on my computer, and ultimately that's what I got. Enchanted Grounds is a cafe and game emporium. Like for real, they have such a huge selection of games. If you are into that, I truly love that for you! As far as the cafe is concerned, the best part was not paying Denver coffee prices! Only a few bucks for an iced coffee, god bless America. The staff weren't all that friendly or interested in talking to customers. It definitely gives off humble, rainy day coffeehouse vibes and that's not a bad thing. Bright, tacky colored walls, one guy was sleeping in one of the booths, a giant group of 80+ year olds at the big community table, and gamers galore on a Wednesday afternoon. It's low key, wifi was fine, coffee was fine. Nothing stood out for me personally. Considering it's close to an hour away odds of me coming back aren't high. I wish them the best!

Following a make up consultation in Nordstrom's I popped into this cute compact shop--tucked away…read morelike a coffee bean--to grab some fuel before heading home, and it did not disappoint! They offer several sugar-free syrup options on the menu, along with salad mixes for a healthy lunch, protein bars for an on the go snack, and baked goods that looked incredibly fresh. I found the pricing for coffee surprisingly affordable, when compared to several other similar shops around Denver. The barista who greeted me was friendly, upbeat and accommodating, and the breve she crafted for me was delicious! I was also pleasantly surprised to find truvia packets for sweetening next to the cinnamon shaker, in the condiment's section. I look forward to stopping in for another visit, on my next trip to the mall. Definitely recommend trying this spot!
