In a brand new house..The guy said he was going to office and was coming back. He never showed I called a few days later was told they would get back to me, no call. I called 2 weeks later spoke to I believe the service manager. Was told part was on order. Called about a month later to follow up again was told they would get back to me, no call. I give up. I get a bill in the mail about 5 months later. So I call them, talked to that same manager who says I vaguely remember this I dont know what happened. So he sets an appointment to come and look at it. Guess what NO SHOW NO CALL...... WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY.

I had to call multiple times just to find out when my door would be installed. They didn't show up for the scheduled install. My deadbolt won't lock unless you push the door in first. No one has followed up with me since the install to see if I had any issues. I would not recommend.
