just now Not sure…read morewhat to say. Called them 4-6 months ago to fix 2 exhaust fans and get a bid for a new furnace. In a brand new house..The guy said he was going to office and was coming back. He never showed I called a few days later was told they would get back to me, no call. I called 2 weeks later spoke to I believe the service manager. Was told part was on order. Called about a month later to follow up again was told they would get back to me, no call. I give up. I get a bill in the mail about 5 months later. So I call them, talked to that same manager who says I vaguely remember this I dont know what happened. So he sets an appointment to come and look at it. Guess what NO SHOW NO CALL...... WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY.

I have hired Brett on different occasions with no problems. This last time (summer of 2017) was a…read morevery bad experience. Toward the end of the job, I had called him to ask about some issues that were not done to my expectations (leaks and wrong size toilet seat) and he responded by cussing at me and telling me he was sick of the BS on this job. I had no idea what he was talking about. After he calmed down we were able to talk it out. He finished the job. When I received the bill, it was 3 times the estimated price and when I questioned him about the bill he responded by threatening to sue me. "I am a Master Plumber and nobody has the right to question my work or my bills" is what he told me. I paid the bill. Later friends of mine told me he was at a bar telling people around him how he screwed me over and got even with me. I still don't know what he had to get even with me about. I will never hire him again. I will never recommend him again. Not sure what his issue was with me, he was not professional throughout my last experience with him. Maybe he was overworked, does not matter, nobody has the right to treat a customer the way he treated me during the job and after he got paid.

(Also charged me a full hour each way on a 35 minute drive) First time I called was for a boiler. Having been new to boilers I was unaware of my need to top off the water tank manually. They then sent 2 people who then OVERFILLED the boiler and both stood there for 45 minutes to let it drain. Which I paid for. Unfortunately got a new install furnace done by them as well last fall. They cut the lines to my old ac condenser for the install and never told me. Was a nice surprise to find in the spring. I tried to use them one last time to bleed a boiler after not being able to find ANYBODY else. They waited 3 weeks until the the day before the appointment to cancel and say they wouldn't come because I was upset about my previous service. I think after spending 5k I'm allowed to expect good service, but they disagree. 0-10 if I could
