We…read moreordered some fabric samples then requested a quotation for two pairs of curtains and two cushions. You have to pay a couple of pounds for the samples, put I can appreciate that this must help deter time wasters. A minor breakdown in email communication regarding the quotation (possibly due to our overzealous spam filter) was swiftly and politely resolved. After placing the order we realised we had made a small mistake with the dimensions of the curtains; Bryella responded to our email about this within a few hours, and were happy to revise the order. We were pleasantly surprised to receive notification that the curtains were ready for delivery just a few days after placing the order. The curtains are lovely; much better than custom curtains we've ordered from M&S in the past. The strings were already drawn to form the pleats and curtain hooks were even pre-inserted. The cushions were also very well made. In summary, we could not have been happier and would not hesitate to recommend Bryella. The curtains were not cheap, but look very nice in our bedroom. To avoid the problems the previous reviewer experienced I would strongly urge obtaining a fabric sample. Our tip would be to make sure you measure up accurately (Bryella's measuring instructions are clear; we just did it too hurriedly when requesting the original quotation).
