I called the number and Wade answered all my questions. He is so knowledgeable and patient. I called at least 3 times and he returned every call. It has been 5 weeks since I used the Calcium Removal kit and my nodules are gone. I couldn't believe it worked so well. I never review products but this product is exceptional. Oasis pools are a complete joke . They lied about variations , were selective to only give the…read morevariations to my female partner when I wasn't home . There workmanship was so poor the QBCC has to be involved . Greg was to much of a coward to attend site when I was home to discuss poor workmanship ship . There management of subcontractors was non existent . They left the site in a disgraceful condition. The provided over inflated variations , attempted to charge us for replacing tiles that they laid incorrectly . They are not to be trusted . I can provide photos and a copy of the QBCC complaint to anyone that wants it . Be warned Oasis delete negative posts and use family members to provide positive posts. I'll add a few photos and a copy of there deceitful variation tomorrow once they delete this again . I'm in the process of contacting builders to display their poor workmanship. Greg you can grow up and stop hiding and call me anytime to discuss the disgraceful job oasis did . Greg you can delete this and I'll continue . I'll be contacting the QBCC on Monday about hiding and deleting negative comments and providing a false facade of your business .
