As everyone knows we have had a series of hail storms here lately. Well our roof was damaged to…read morethe point that my wife's and I home started to leak. That's when we started to ask around about a contractor that would be able to help us. We were looking to not only fix our damaged roof but up grade some things since our house was built in the 70's. That's when our search led us to Aimco. We discussed what my wife and I were wanting to do as far as fixing, upgrading and the pricing. Well after I had discussed the same things with other contractors. Aimco was the only contractor close to the price range that we had to work with. So after we had agreed on what we wanted done. I ended up having to change things multiple times. Everytime I did the response I got was " yep we can do that no problem ". I was expecting the price to jump up, or him say no and give me a reason why I couldn't make the changes. They always made it work out. They started and finished up exactly when they said they would. Mid way through they found some damage to the decking of the roof and explained what had happened and how they were going to fix it so it would not be an issue in the future. Whenever it was time to clean up the mess on the ground. One of the guys who had raked up the debris on the ground. Went out of his way and took the time to reorganize the patio blocks that my dog had dug up around. To say that these guys to pride in their work and wanted a satisfied customer is an understatement. My wife and I are so pleased with the quality and work that not only will we be advertising for them in the future, but any future projects are going to be done by Aimco. They have our business for life. Seriously thank you aimco for making the headache of a leaking roof go away.

Marvin and Kathy are great people and have really expanded their business in the last 20+ years! They now offer all kinds of different flavors of coffee that you can try on your visit. They have a great selection of Lodge Cookware and many other things including grills, fire pits, and fish fryers. After moving away I could always count on them to ship my phone or online orders for pocket knives on time for gifts or personal use. They have many other things you need for running your farming or ranching operations. Just about everything you need for making home repairs or improvements. Great folks to do business with!

Craig was the first number I found after my in laws and husband had called a couple places that had said they were already closing (Friday at 5) Craig, Hayden and Buddy worked their tales off fixing the tire that had 5 broken lug nuts (only 1 holding the tire on) they also had to replace an upper ball joint that was totally not attached. They did all of this in a parking space and didn't stop until it was safe and done correctly. They never complained once about the time even though it was a job that as soon as you touched one thing, another was wrong. 7H was called out to my house by my home warranty company, American Home Shield. My fridge stopped…read morecooling at the end of August, it is now the end of December. The first time they came out, the repairman didn't even use a tool. He said something about the damper and used his hand to move it and said it was fixed. It wasn't. It took them 3 call outs to finally get it cooling. Because they only come to Orange County every so often (maybe once a week?) it would take at least a week to get them back out. Once it was cooling our food, it began freezing our food. The fridge is too cold now. They have been out 3 times trying to get it to stop freezing my food. He mentioned that the reason food is freezing is because the top shelf is the coldest place in the fridge. Well, it's not just freezing on the top shelf. It's freezing stuff on the second shelf and the door as well, including my husband's insulin and meds. The repair man most recently came out a few days ago and said there's nothing else he can do, he doesn't know why it's freezing, and he'd let American Home Shield know. He reported to AHS that it is 'customer misuse/abuse' and that I'm putting stuff on the top shelf of my fridge and customer wants a new fridge. I was livid- this is basically a fabrication. I am not misusing or abusing my fridge. We have only been kind to these people, even after 4 MONTHS of my fridge not working properly. I have never asked for a new fridge, I just want a fridge that works and doesn't ruin my food. I see many reviews on here that tell reviewers to basically treat others that way they want to be treated. I'm wondering how you would feel if a member has been without a properly working fridge for 4+ months and they find out their repair company put it down as 'customer abuse/misuse'. Even if the problem was only the top shelf, I should be able to use my top shelf in my fridge. I've used that top shelf for the last 12ish years since we've had the fridge and nothing ever froze until 7H 'fixed' it. Although everyone I spoke with at 7H was kind, I do not recommend this company. After speaking with friends, 2 others immediately said they had the same experience with multiple call outs to get the problem fixed by 7H.
