This is a family owed and operated business and the owner's really take pride in taking care of the customer. Their customer service is phenomenal. They respond quick, show up slightly early and ensure you're happy before they leave. This is our third time using them. They've helped us with throw rug cleanings to cleaning out our van when a gallon of milk ruptured coming back from the store... spilled all over. I tried cleaning it first myself with no success. The smell became too much so I called Mr. Fresh who handled it quickly. This last time, I asked the owner if he could have the seats cleaned in our Odyssey. I sent a request in the evening and to my surprise I got an immediate response and they provided great service.

I appreciate the guys that came in and they were nice so thats a 5 but im here for the work being done which was a 1 star. Just bought a house and the carpets needed to be cleaned, my wife saw the photos of the carpeta they were able to clean and was sold on the work she saw here on yelp. So we had them come by and we were late one day to our original appointment so i called and rescheduled. They came next day and started to do the work. After they were done i still saw a lot of the things that were told to me would be lighter. I asked about an area that looked the same before they started and they said it was worn carpet and the 4k machine couldnt save it. Seeing as they work with carpets i think it wouldve been nice to know that before so i wouldnt have to pay for that room to be cleaned. The same 4k machine couldnt even clean a waterbase paint spot that was in one of my rooms which was just dripped a week before. So i dont know if it was the machine that was broken or they were just rushing through my home to get to the next house as it was a Saturday. Then in another room there was a couple big marks from either paint or melted crayons. The machine picked up majority of the spots but they left the marks in the carpets vs going over it until it was gone. I mean if majority came out then a couple more passes wouldve taken it out completely. I paid $240 for them to clean up a couple stains and wet my carpets in a few other rooms. Not satisfied at the outcome of the job they did here. Therefore i do NOT reccomend anyone use this company for their homes. read more
