The Hard Rock's location is central in Puerto Banus. If you park in the park garage directly behind it (across Corte de Engles) and spend 40€ on food, drink, souvenirs, your parking is free for 2 hours. You just have to ask for the validated parking. The Cafe has NO view of the beach.
Service varies. I have been coming here since 2015, and do not recognize a server from previous years. Many of the servers are not from Spain. A plethora of languages are spoken with English dominate. Service can be poor, adequate or very good. On today's visit, we had a good Spanish waiter! He was attentive without being overly so and the order was correct.
Food quality here also runs the gamut. Today, we only ordered nachos with a side of guacamole. They were the best I have had at this HRC, and the portion was huge. Two of us ate about 1/3 of them. They are probably better for 4 people to share.
Drinks are pricey. Foo-foo drinks run 17€. We had a sparkling water and an alcohol free beer which were 8€, or about double most restaurants.
I mostly feel this HRC could be so much more. As it is, I am surprised it survives.
