This guy is horrible and terrible. Do not call him and hire him to do the cleaning job! I hired him to clean up my two bedrooms carpet. He quoted me over the phone and told me it would take about half of hour. Later he came late and just clean up for 15 minutes. Before I checked the carpet, he pushed me and forced me to pay him right away and threatened me. I got scared and I paid him without taking the detailed look. During the threat, he shouted at me and fingered pointed me. After he left, I fount out he did not do cleaning at all, he just vacuumed my carpet and made the dirty spot even dirtier because the chemical water. Some carpet were even dried, the stairs were very dirty too. I called him later, he just hung up. I called the police later, the police came and said I should call them when jiang was here. Now I only can go to the small amount court to sue him. And I am planning to sue him to the court now not just because the money, it is because his behaivior, he did the nasty job with supert horrible attitude. So do not let him trick you with the low price, he is a cheater and no shamed. read more

Even they were late for 40 mins, I would say they did a nice service. I asked them to clean 4 rooms and they did the works very quick. After the work, my carpet is so white like a new one! In the end, they clean up everything, so I pay $150 for carpet clean and $20 for tips, and it totally worth! read more

I called this guy in Aug. because I needed to clean my condo's carpet. He quoted me for $75. On the scheduled day, he and his son arrived in late, and was in a hurry. They spent less than 30 minutes in my two rooms upstairs, and told my wife the work was done, and they wanted to be paid immediately. When my wife wanted to check their work, this Mr. Jiang got irritated, and said to my wife that if she paid him one cent less, she would be regret for it. My wife got scared because she was alone in the condo, facing two men (he and his son). So she paid them the money so they could leave. But after they left, my wife went upstairs and was astonished to find that they only did some cleaning on a few spots, rather than cleaning the whole carpet area as promised. How did we found that out? Because when I came back that late afternoon, and touched the carpet with my hands, it was TOTALLY DRY!!! So this guy not only got money by threatening my wife, but also not doing the job as promised. We just don't understand how this Mr. Jiang could do such a thing for his business. I called him the same day asking for a explanation on his job, he said that is all he can do and hung up the phone. We ended up asking another carpet cleaning professional to re-do the work, by spending another $150. We had called the Fremont Police Department that evening, reporting the whole incident. The officer told us they could not do much in this case, because of verbal threatening, and it lacked third party witness. We could go to small claim court to ask for our money back, but the court is in Hayward, and for $75 it is not worth it. But I am glad that at least I can report my bad experience with him in Yelp. They came through our realtor to clean the carpet before open house. Here are the list of the things that went wrong with these guys. They sprayed some chemical or soap using a sprayer. That liquid spread out of carpet on to the hardwood and tile. They did not even care to clean that up. I had to spend another 20 min after they left to clean this liquid myself as to not spoil the wood/tile. While setting up I told them be careful with the walls, we just painted them. But yet when they left some of the wall corners got big black marks. And we needed to touch up those walls again. The worst part is, while cleaning stairs, they broke a piece of carpet stuck to the stair. It somehow came out. May be it was not glued properly or something. I mean its ok mistakes happen. But instead of informing me about it, they just stuck the piece of carpet back under the stair quietly and tried to leave. It just happened that I saw it before they left and when I asked him about it, he said "oh just tuck it back in. Its ok." And when I got serious at him, he said "Sorry I cant do anything. Get a handyman to fix it". read more

Worst carpet cleaner, very bad customer service and rude, did my 4 rooms in 20 minutes and claimed that they delivered high quality cleaning. The carpet is not clean and I had to hire a second carpet cleaner because the tenant is not satisfied. He said he would refund me if someone could do a better job but he never did. read more

Wonderful job and a real good price, a very good family owned bussiness, iv noticed the bad reviews should be taken with a grain of salt, i whom have been a carpet cleaner myself 20 yrs ago totaly understand for the owner, and i myself have seen clients complain about stains that just would not come out nomatter how many times you go over it,, also they do not control the flow of traffic, so if there just 10min late bc of traffic delays but calls to notify you then that shouldnt be a big deal, iv seen customers complain that it does not feel wet enough, what they dont inderstand is that THAT is the point! Ken Jiang cleaned my neighbors house is a polite, respectful, prompt, efficient manner, with quality results and at reasonable cost. The actual cleaning equipment used was great. I used him to clean my two floor, 2750 foot house a few months later with the same outcome. I have read many horror stories about bad experiences with various other carpet cleaners, but my experience with him was first rate. read more

I got two quotes to clean two average rooms; Ken charged the estimate he gave over the phone at 1/3 the price quoted by cleaners who sent two people in uniforms to measure the space.
