Food Arrived Cold and Covered in Syrup
Had good service until this evening. Food arrived cold and the syrup from the Pineapple fritter went everywhere inside the bag and over the food. When attempting to resolve the problem over the phone the staff responded extremely rudely.
Had my call terminated 4 times without reasonable or due cause and was made to call back. As a disabled individual, this was difficult and made even worse when they told me to bring the food back in person, which is obviously not my responsibility.
It would have been simpler to resolve my issue by re-ending hot food without syrup on it. It is a lawful requirement to provide goods that I paid for, prepared with reasonable care and shill. It is also a legal health and safety requirement that food be served above a minimum temperature.
