Terrible service, went in just for an oil change ended up forking out $110.00 because of some other issues the Punjabi dude dug out worse they kept yapping in their lingo to my bemusement, don't recommend unless you're desperate to pay more than your specific oil change!!!! read more

Went in for an oil change and they didn't attach the skid plate properly. It broke a piece of my fender. There is a hole in my car in result of their poor service and they won't do anything about it. As an excuse I got that the damage was not visible and that it doesn't really affect my car. They say that it would cost more for them to change the piece than the advantage I would have with that new piece. As if there mistake causing a hole in a piece of my car is not important at all. Management couldn't care less about it. ... So much for warranty service from certified technicians. read more

This was my first experience with this type of business. It took a bit long to have my car serviced but the experience was good. I like being able to wait in the car while they do their work. I have come to the conclusion these guys aren't about the speed but more about the convenience so don't expect to be in and out of there in two seconds, also, they offer many chances to upsell stuff to you. While normally that would irritate me, I kind of liked it because they kind of went through all areas of my car and I know what needs to be done in the next couple of months. Overall it was a good experience and I'd go back. Finally, it isn't particularly cheap here either so you do end up paying a premium for the convenience. But I love the convenience of being able to drive in when I choose. read more

The worst customer service I've ever had. Showed up at 2:30 to get tires changed and they close at 5. Guy tells me we are not taking any more tire changes as there are already 2 People ahead of you. So I said don't you close at 5? He walked way no acknowledgement no apologies like he didn't want to be there. So fist of all 2.5 hois and can serve 3 more tire changes? But really the bad review for for huge lack of any people skills from the employee. Will never go back and never recommend. Zero stars read more
