Don't expect your order to be ready on time, it'll be at least 30 minutes late. Also when I complained online about the employee walking off and not helping me when I showed up the second time to pick up my pizza the owner said he reviewed the video and indicated I was lying . Did your video show you that your employee looked stoned out of his gourd and just walked off without acknowledging a customer walking in the door? Better watch it again or change your camera angle.
