He's usually groomed elsewhere every month and it's a bit of a worry as he's always nervous And a lot of groomers are a little frightened as he's a big boy. The lady was absolutely fantastic from the minute we arrived with him, fluffing around him, very confident with him and very loving, she was speaking to him and petting him, letting him smell her and making a real fuss.. which he loved!! when I picked him up he was full of beans, with the big rottie smile and bouncing.. oh he had had lots of fun !! He was singing whilst the blow drier was on.. which she found so funny !! My Bruce is my baby and so loved And I'm sure we all worry about our adored pets.. I would recommend Staines branch without any hesitation. I booked again straight away and asked where I can leave a recommendation as I'm sure for any responsible pet owner it's always good to know your loved pets are well looked after and most importantly .. happy... and so reasonably priced .. of course he had everything !!!
