The sprouts were perfectly fried, not greasy, bacon was crispy, the dried cherries were subtle, goat cheese was evenly sprinkled on top and the balsamic reduction was well balanced. I had no problem eating the whole appetizer myself. The lobster roll came with big chunks of Maine lobster, topped with a big claw and nestled in a soft yet toasted New England roll. I asked for butter instead of it being dressed, so it was pretty plain, which was perfect for me because all I wanted to taste was the lobster with a little butter. I've had one too many lobster rolls with more mayo than I prefer. The fries it came with were also thick and fried perfectly with a light sprinkle of salt.
