Never use this company…read more The delivery service they use was unable to get the package to us after we made several attempts to accommodate them. We had to cancel the order because of this. After two weeks of not hearing from anyone about the cancelled order, I called to find out about the refund. Elaine told me that she was still waiting to hear from their delivery service about the package, and she would contact me. I informed her that their delivery service notified me that they had already refunded all of the shipping charges, which she denied. I asked why they wouldn't refund the purchase after all of the issues and she simply said "We didn't do anything wrong, and we have to wait to find out about the package." Horrible customer service. We tried everything we could to make sure we got the package so they could get their money, but they won't do ANYTHING to help us. It is inconceivable that a package that took 3 days to get from them to our local UPS office would take 2 weeks to be returned to them. Awful, awful, awful. Michael Reynolds
