I just walked out of their shop less than 10 minutes ago with my new dab rig, I put water in it and it is broken. I immediately called them and they refused to exchange or refund me although I just walked out not even 15 minutes ago. On the phone, the guy who sold me the rig just told me there's nothing they can or will do about it. Didn't even offer an apology of any kind. I guess if you are thinking about buying anything here, make sure to test it out in the store. They may tell you that's not allowed but they don't play by the rules either so
