I literally just washed my car and the back of my car + the sides are covered in dirt and scratches. Please note my car wasn't terribly dirty to begin with. I got the super wash with hot wax which is $20. The value for what I received is disappointing. I also wanted to use their vaccum. 2 of the lanes are broken then there's a line for vaccums. In which a family with two/three cars spending their time there with no real intention of moving.

I'm used to having a set timer for a set price, and then having to add one dollar at a time if the timer is about to expire. That's a fine approach in my book. Tough at times, but you get good at it. This place gives you a set time, then continuously charges you beyond that time without your need for input. That's great that I dont have to add a dollar if running out of time, but I'd rather have it stop when time is up. Here, however, if you pay credit it'll let it keep charging, and if you drive away when done without hitting stop, your bill will keep climbing. If you try to add more money before the time ends after paying with credit, nothing happens, but it'll stop service and take your cash until you pay again for full service. I stupidly paid credit, visually saw the timer approaching limit and added a physical dollar bill to finish my clean up. Instead of adding time it STOPPED the clock. I was out of singles and had to swipe my card again to rinse the soap off. End result was a $6-7 self serve wash job cost me $21. Could you get a decent deal here? Sure...just know the games they're playing if you pay credit. ...I should note that the credit agreement on the wall explains some of this so long as you actually read it and don't just assume the industry standard rules apply, but they still fail to explain the billing structure beyond the minimum time charged. It says the maximum charge, but no indication of the increments between the minimum and maximum charges.

I then swipe my card and use another and I decide to give them the benefit of the doubt. A few days later I get mud on my new car and figure I can run over there and just wash it off quick. I made sure I did not exceed the 5 minute minimum for $5 but what do you know I look at my statement and they have charged me the full $15 maximum charge. Not happy. It cost me $15 to spend les then 5 minutes washing my car MYSELF. Negative Stars for you.. I do not recommend.

I got an email about the increase to over $40 a month but there was an option to keep the current rate for 3 more months which I chose and got another email stating my membership was good for 3 more months at the old rate. Checked my bank on the next month expecting to see the old rate....NOPE...... it was at the NEW rate. I went and cancelled my membership. They were the only DECENT car washes in the Windsor area. Trust me, I have been to every single car wash from WinLox to Bloomfield. Speeders in Bloomfield is on a side street that forces you to cross Blue Hills Ave to get back into Windsor. It's dangerous. My life and vehicle aren't worth the inconvenience of the location. I have no clue where I will go to now to wash my SUV. I may go back to my trusty bucket and do it myself. Very disappointed that there are no decent, honest car washes in the Windsor area.

The ownereship hides behind several levels of LLCs to protect their assets. I turned it over to my insurance carrier for them to pursue.
