The yogurt drink is exactly what I wanted and was in the mood for but I didn't expect it to be like that at all. It's almost like a juice but has a creamy deliciousness to it with a blast of fruity flavors from the popping bubbles. It's one of the most delicious drinks I've experienced. First impressions coming up to boba tea house was that it was a cute little tea house and the parking was great. There wasn't a lot of cars since it was in the middle of the day. The inside was super clean and had nice seating areas to sit and relax. There were no games or activities inside but still a nice little spot to relax and enjoy some boba with some friends or even a cute little boba date. The service was nice, she was helpful with helping us decided what drink to choose. She had a lot of patience with us even though we took so long to decide and asked a bunch of questions. Side note, all the teas have caffeine, however they offer options without caffeine for the yogurt drinks, slushies, etc. The price was a little high it was about $17 for two drinks and the yogurt drinks we got only come in large which is a really big portion to drink, however it is really tasty and worth every penny. Aiyu is a refreshing, amber-colored Taiwanese jelly made by gently rubbing the seeds of the awkeotsang fig in water, releasing natural pectin that sets into a light, delicate gel. Clean, cooling, and subtly fragrant, it worked beautifully in the drink. I also ordered an oolong milk tea with boba and pudding (excellent balance and texture) and an avocado smoothie--worth noting that the avocado smoothie is only available in small and medium sizes. Still creamy, fresh, and well made. To round things out, I ordered three custard-filled waffles, all made to order. They arrived hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious--crispy outside, soft inside, and generously filled. Service was friendly and efficient, the drinks were consistently well prepared, and the food was spot on. Highly recommend.

First I tried to get the El Cubanito but they were out of the ham to make it. I pivoted to the Pavo Loco, and it turned out to be quite tasty. It's a simple sandwich, but the toasted bread they used was high quality. Prior reviews mentioned poor service but I was impressed with the customer service. The barista was friendly and knowledgeable, and my items were very good. It does seem like stock is an issue so that's something for them to smooth out.

I would order this one again. My wife had the Mango yogurt drink and this was also good, but definitely on the sweet side. Frozen Boba utilizes these fairly unique cups, at least for us anyway. The top has two sizes of straw openings and sipping area with a removable heart. A nice touch for the romantics out there. I hope Frozen Boba can succeed.
