Closing time is 10pm and it was a little after 9pm. We placed our order and was also told that we couldn't get a drink because the machine was down they would get it for us. No problem. I don't normally look at my receipt but for some reason did on this night. On the receipt they AUTOMATICALLY added a "staff tip." We were not given an option to include one it was automatically added at the rate of 22%. In the totals line it is shown as a SERVICE CHARGE. The explanation in the receipt states as follows: ' Service Charge? This is not an additional fee, the total here is the tip you gave to the team." Shouldn't I as the customer be given the option to provide a tip if I choose to do so? This is automatically added and I bet most people don't even bother to check that it was added. There was no service provided. I was unable to dine inside the restaurant so I'm not sure why this is automatically added. I'm now curious if they do this at all locations or just this one. So let this be a BEWARE to their customers. They also had a TIP cup out as well. I was curious if this was also applied to drive thru orders so I went thru and purchased an item to see. I was not charged an AUTOMATIC TIP going thru the drive thru. I wonder if this is an option the cashier pressed or is it done automatically for all orders. I will also be letting corporate know about this as well and won't be back to this location. If this is a corporate policy I won't be back at The Habit as I should have a choice. The chicken bites were very small, and I would never pay full price, but was nice to get in the $10 meal deal. The burgers I got were pretty mediocre and on par with Burger King flavor. I got the Strawberry Limeade which wasn't really that enjoyable. The meal was fine, but I definitely won't be back to pay full price. Would only go again if I have more coupons or deals.

While I was waiting three different employees ask if they could help me.Austin asked if I would like to taste the custard, they make it fresh every hour. That's some really good frozen custard! We were greeted by Jacob as we walked in and he took our order. Hubby ordered a Big Cheese (burger) and Cobb Salad with a Pink Lemonade. I ordered Zucchini Sticks and Cobb Salad with a Pepsi. The restaurant was comfortable and the restrooms were clean. We received our order within about 10 minutes. Customer service was excellent! By the time we arrived home, everything was still at their proper temp. We thought the zucchini would've been more like French fries but the four pieces are HUGE (approximately seven inches long and an inch thick). There is also plenty of table seating available inside the restaurant. I ended up getting the fried chicken sandwich with fries, and that sandwich was definitely the best part of the meal! Service was fast. My husband and I waited less than 10 minutes for the meal! The chicken sandwich was crispy, juicy, and really delicious. The fries were good too. There was some Zaxby sauces and ketchup to dip the fries into. I also tried the cheddar bites and the fried cheesecake bites. Those were just okay for me, but still fun to try!
