On call-out, he did not stop the considerable leak yet pocketed the…read morefee, claimed he would order the part, strung me along for nearly a month...and failed to respond to urgent attempts to contact him. I rang British Gas, signed up to their Home Care package, they came out same day and immediately stopped the leak - which they considered basic stuff. Seriously makes me wonder whether one-man-band Adept is trained and qualified.
