Michelle was super kind and communicative from the start. I'd never had a lash lift (~45min.) + tint (~15min.) before and I'd always been curious since we go by this beauty bar all the time. One small thing I wasn't prepared for: a lift and tint take a minimum of one hour. Just plan accordingly! Quick dip: bc appointments are lengthy, if you can figure out turning on your AirPod before the service starts; once she starts you can't open your eyes until the end, I bet most customers would "set it and forget it" with some tunes while she does her magic. It was super easy and convenient to book my appointment online. I arrived to my appt about 5min late unfortunately but it was no issue for Michelle. Since it was my first ever lift she was informative, flexible and gentle. We were the only two people in the shop since I had the last appointment of the day at 515pm so it was calm and quiet. She got to work and helped me determine which lash tint to go with; we decided on blue black as it's equivalent to a soft black, vs the alternative which is like a jet black. I'm fair skinned and blond/brunette thus my lashes would benefit from tinting in order to really help the lift POP. The service was great and I am so so pleased with the results (see pic). I wanted something more natural, thus I went with the lift. Most of her clients get extensions, but I'm more interested in working with what I have. I can't wait to see how long the tint and lift last, and for sure will be a return customer. Best place for lashes that suit Asian eye shapes! I'm obsessed with the lashes I've gotten here, and they've never disappoint in the 3 months I've been coming here. I usually get the doll eye, hybrid with 3 week refill with Mindy. Shortened my process to get ready for work because I already look bright and ready for the day. The process takes about an hour and it's super relaxing. I fall asleep during my appointment every time. The environment is super relaxing, they give you a cozy blanket with soft background music. I've gotten my lashes done at many places, and none of them compare to Mrs. Lash. For the most obvious thing, most places have irritated my eyes; varying from stinging for minutes on end to irritation or wanting to pull out the lashes because they sit awkwardly or on the waterline. But not at Mrs. Lash! These lashes are super comfortable because they have varying styles to pick from and I think that's one of the key difference. Other places will opt for a winged-look, but that doesn't look good on my eye shape. Instead, the doll eye or open eye shape suited me a lot better! And feels a lot more comfortable on my eye. All in all, I love this place and I'll be coming here religiously. read more
