They came out a second time free of charge to redo my carpets and baseboards. I was still unhappy and the carpets were still dirty. But I will be giving them my business in the future because when I called explaining my dissatisfaction with the carpets and asked for my money back the general manager went above and beyond. He refunded me for carpets and residential cleaning, which I hadn't even asked for, and offered free of charge to do my carpets a third time. I explained I had already done them myself and the house is a mess with boxes from literally just moving in. He offered me a fifty dollar gift card for my future services! And he really listened to what i was unhappy about and told me his plan to help correct this from happening again.
