The man did not know anything about Dip and ripped it off my nails, very painful and bleeding. Next hand I insisted he soak my other hand off and gave him direction. My first hand required tips but he filed them down to the top of my fingers. He was unable to understand round and to remove the harsh corners it meant my nice tips got shorter and shorter. He also was very focused on his cell phone. He was very nice and responsive to my direction. My fingers hurt again the next day but I can live with how they look. They will grow out. Over all I spent almost 4 hours for a pedicure and basic tip/acrylic manicure.

Renee even asked about my current products and went out of her way to get my color and product from the supply house. She did my color, highlights, purple, cut, and treatment. She is high trained and took her time to listen. She spent quality time perfecting every aspect of my cut. Here's what I learned in the time I was with Renee ( 4 1/2hours) ...she is a good person with strong values, she has a delightful personality, she is a great stylist, and a human being that everyone should meet and spend time with while in Red Bay! She gives you a great appreciation for life! Thank you Renee for my wonderful new look and I look forward to my next trip to Red Bay to get my hair done by You. I'm glad I took a chance with her as stylist and I'll make sure to come through town just to get my hair done by her! BTW- the shop is comfortable and homey!

I understand the occasional spot from nicking cuticles too hard. However, my finger is still bleeding 30 minutes later, and upon closer inspection, there was a small chunk of skin gone. I won't be back, which is a bummer because I was excited about this new nail salon!
