The exterior stonework needed repair and they did great with respect to matching the old grout color from 1995. I was pretty amazed how they were able to do it so perfectly. This was a large kitchen renovation project, with some complexities, a large island, 1 mirror ball, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, 3 sinks, plenty of cabinets, tile work & flooring. All excellent. We originally intended to renovate only the kitchen, but when I saw K.A. Builders quality work and Kevin's responsiveness, I felt comfortable to continue to the living room. We did not have the problems and aggravation like the stories I have heard about from other homeowners. I plan to use KA Builders in 2026 for other projects in my house. A carpenter friend referred us to Bob when we had a large set of built-ins custom made. They are backless, meaning they sit right up against the wall, and we hired Bob to paint them. The job itself was careful and professional--not a smear or a smudge on the back wall. He also used a type of finishing I'd never seen before, with a beautiful matte texture. No brush strokes! He and his crew were prompt, courteous, cleaned up great, and finished in a reasonable time.
