So on Tuesday's, if you book a cut and colour, the colour is half price! Which is what I always do. And they also give you a loyalty card which does entice you to come back. I arrived and within a minute was checked in and told to sit in the waiting area. After a couple of minutes my hairdresser came over and discussed with me what I wanted done. As I was going for a cut and colour, she discussed with me what colour I wanted and how I wanted the cut, advising me on what would suit me and what wouldn't. She then mixed the dye up in the back and put it on. Whilst it was on she checked it and massaged it in when necessary and took it off at the right time before cutting and styling it. I was also offered and given tea and water (although there was other options available). The service is great and you really do leave feeling like you've been pampered!

I came in for a relaxer NOT texturiser but I left with texlaxed/ very under processed hair so now my hair is two textures which is difficult to manage as I didn't want transitioning hair. The hair cutting is terrible too. I showed Talisha a pucture of ME with my hair in a layered bob and said I just wanted a TRIM not a cut. She lobbed half the hair off in one big move and left me with the ugliest, crude blunt cut that she had the nerve to call a bob. Icing on the cake: I had to pay £80 for this monstrosity and in hindsight I'm kicking myself for paying.It will take me 6 months to grow this out as well which sucks. As far as my hair, they said they were going to take off an inch, and they only took an inch. Which is almost unheard of when I have gotten my hair cut at other salons. The décor is modern and bright with music playing and a personal tablet at each station. Drinks were also served in mason jars which was a cute addition. I dont have children but there is a childrens play area down stairs which as a mom I'm sure would be great. They have a range of spa treatments too, waxing, mani/pedi, eyebrow threading and eyelash treatments which I plan to take advantage of in the future.
