We feel right at home here and free to bring all and sundry medical problems to the doctors for detecting the treatment and solution. Reception is downstairs, and the doctors and nurses rooms are both upstairs and downstairs. Parking right outside the door and the pharmacy, labtests and dentists are located within the same complex.

At this stage Glenfield Family Doctors were at their old location inside the Pharmacy on the same road just a few numbers down to the left. Years on, I continue to visit Jocelyn for check up's and when I come down with the flu, and also bring my little 16 month old to visit her when he also gets a bug. I love the new location of 575 Glenfield, as they are situated inside a bungalow and it's very homely and bright. The reception waiting room has some great toys and games for my little toddler to amuse himself with while he waits his turn too which really helps ease the time. The doctors and nurses at Glenfield Family are a wonderful cheerful group of ladies, who are professional and experts in what they do. I am always well looked after in every respect of my health when I walk in the doors of this clinic. Thanks so much Glenfield Family!

Warning!! Don't let the low cost foul you!! There's always a catch!…read more -This place does have the cheapest price for Immigration Medical Exam that u need for a VISA (Its all in one package that includes X-ray that u need for $250 but other places do offer same ALLinONE package at different prices). -But the BIGGEST!!! downside is what happens if you DON'T pass! In other word unhealthy or have a medical problem. (Which is 85% of people now a days.) -Parking is by far the fucking worst!! There is no set parking lot. If you park on the Main Street in front of the bath&kitchen store Parking cost $3Hr, if u park in front of the building its $2Hr but real problem is finding a parking!! good Luck with that. -So if u don't pass and have some medical problem like my Partner that has a Low Blood count they wanted us to come in and pay $40 for a follow up just to read is the results they Emailed us and ask questions they could just call us for. So now the Doc said to come in again for full Lab test that COST $130!! In my opinion we did not need to come in for a $40 follow up when they could have just told us the Lab test will cost $130 because the Email already said what's wrong! SMH pointless to have charge us $40 to read us our results. -Not to mention gas! This place is in the city! I don't live in the city and it costs me $15 each trip! to and from there. I've been there 3x times and the Lab test will make it 4x times. So I will be paying $420 for the Exam and have spent $60 in gas to get back in forth every once a week of a months times. In TOTAL $480. Do your homework and ask questions before hand and committing to this place.

This new medical centre (just a few months old) smidged near Victoria Park is small but super…read morehygienic (which is very important for a medical centre) and has the most kind and attentive staff I have ever met - they remember their registered members and are very generous, once I had an infection and they gave me some band aids and sterile dressings that could last me for the next few days so I didn't have to instantly go to the pharmacy from there, and when I had an immunisation the nurse kindly printed me an information sheet about FAQ's regarding my immunisation - she did all of this even though I didn't ask her to, which I find is an act that shows how thoughtful the staff is there. The doctors also give you options to use generic medication (which as a student is really important for me as I don't have that much money to spend on branded medications), and if you are registered with them their prices for check ups are really cheap (I forgot how much but I think it was between $5 to $15) and to top it off, the receptionists are also helpful, and their waiting room has a TV, magazine, and water (even though you probably won't be waiting long since their service is pretty fast)

All the staff from receptionist-to-nurse-to-doctor are all professional, friendly and communicative. Fees for consults are expensive, from $41 (child) to about $70 (adult) during weekdays before 6pm + prescription if needed, from the on-site pharmacy. They also have a resident physio and podiatrist. Toys are on hand for pre-schoolers, dated magazines for the adults, and/or you can people-watch: more interesting while you wait! Convenient pop-in clinic - open 7 days.

The reception staff were friendly &. I saw the triage nurse quite quickly & had about an hour's wait to see a doctor. People need to appreciate that these guys have a tough job. Anyone & everyone turns up at their door. Yet they are always professional. Dr Lucien was excellent & provided the medical care I needed. He also explained I was able to be on ACC, which meant my health care was a good bit cheaper. Having worked in urgent care in England and compared the two, I believe St Lukes was excellent & can highly recommend them. Hopefully, will not need any further treatment, but would definitely go back here.

Very shortly thereafter, Dr Ruoh Sim saw me. Even though it was the end of his shift, he heard me out on ALL my concerns and provided a solution for each one. I received a breathing treatment in the office, and the doctor gave me prescriptions before I left the office. Visit was 1 hour in total that included roughly 45 minutes of treatment time. Note: I am traveling from overseas, paid out of pocket, and had a flight scheduled for the following day. Dr Ruoh treated me with all of these factors in mind. Professional, kind, and thorough.

Wow... I've come here three times for three different procedures and each time they have gone…read moreperfectly. And I'm not talking about the procedures (even though that would be saying something good for the hospital) I'm talking about the experience here. The first time I came in was to have my tonsils out and I don't know what I was expecting but I wasn't expecting to wake up in such an awesome room. With a TV, a comfy bed and my own bathroom. It was wonderful. Waking up to a great room really does make a painful procedure that much better. The second time was for my wisdom teeth and, although I didn't get my own room this time, the short stay was just as nice! Third time lucky - bones cut out of my foot (don't ask). Again I had my own room, en-suit and all. Lucky me! The whole hospital is so fresh, clean and crisp. Pretty much exactly what you want and expect from one! I don't want to say "come on guys go and visit" or "I can't wait to go again" but I will say if you ever find yourself heading into Southern Cross for whatever reason I'm sure the experience will be good.
