The dedication to the essence of Taekwondo, the importance of Poomsae (forms), technique, breathing, and health benefits is taught by Sabonim Charlie. He knows perfectly all forms from WTF including Taegeuk and Palgwe, and the ITF forms. Very few masters know both federations. Add that he's a black belt master in Hapkido, oriental arms, Tai Chi, and Wing Chung. The place to learn.

I've researched & done my homework on where to study this art. Master McQueen is a 6th degree black belt... that's RARE to be studying under! Most of what you find are 2nd & 3rd degrees. Is he a jerk? Only if you don't take it seriously & waste his time! Who wouldn't be?! My son & I signed up this past year mid 2017) and I don't regret it one bit! I've learned so much & see massive impacts in my daily regimen. Give it an honest try for one month, I promise you'll see results.
