The teachers are great and really care about the kids. It makes me feel wonderful knowing how great the staff are with my kids. The owner and office staff are so nice and really make you feel at home. My kids LOVE the lunches and snacks offered. Even my picky 3 year old eats! The summer camp has been AMAZING! They took the kids to do fun stuff every single day! From water parks, fishing, movies, zoo, paint spot, Old Spaghetti Factory... and soooo much more! They really made my daughter have a wonderful summer. The facility is new and has a lot of room for the kids to have fun and interact at their own speed. The brand new natural playground is WAY better than some old plastic junk at other centers. Now, they are a bit more pricey than other facilities that my friends use, but I feel that you get what you pay for. It is worth it to me.

We kept her home for a week, and her first day back she was bit by another classmate. Please read my full review. My daughter had been at Providence since she was 6 months old. It was the hardest decision I have ever made to decide who to trust my first born child to care for. In infant care, there was stability and regular teachers there, and it was great. When our daughter became a toddler (she is 2 now) there was a lot of instability in the teachers in the class and level of care. Our daughter was bit repeatedly. On one occassion, it drew blood and she had a scar. We also tried to give a margin of grace as things do happen and we were never irate or punishing, we just sought to come to a solution. Recently, an older kid dropped a piece of PVC pipe down the slide resulting in an open head wound on my 2-year-old. The staff did not transport her to the hospital despite acknowledging that "she probably needed stitches." Her father and I immediately take to the ER where she gets two staples in her head and we monitor her for signs of concussion. This happened on a Friday and the director and school officials never emailed, called, or checked on her. I had to seek out the daycare director, Lisa, on Monday to ask her what happened and what they were doing about it. A conversation I shouldn't have had to prompt in my opinion. At the time, I calmly talked to Lisa and she seemed apologetic and receptive of feedback, which made me feel like it was an honest mistake. We keep her home for a week until her staples were removed. Her first day back was today, and she got bit by another classmate. I go into the daycare admittedly livid, but this time the director just spouts off statistics says "these things happen" and she hasn't had a hospitalization incident in x amount of years and her record speaks for itself. She just told me how Providence is a top notch facility and everything else. She was very condescending. It became clear to me that they see kids here as statistics. I don't care if this was the first time a hospitalization incident has happened, as a parent, whose kid was hurt stats are not comforting. I removed her from Providence, and I won't be bringing her back. I care about protecting my kiddo and other parents being able to protect their kiddos, so I wanted to share my story.

As a former student here, I have a unique perspective that outsiders may not be aware of. While the…read moreschool claims to promote "individual excellence," in reality, I was punished and relegated to the back of the room whenever I hiccuped or tapped my feet. I recall being loud and talkative in the past, but now I barely speak due to the way the teachers and several students treated me. The effects of that bullying still linger to this day. The bullies were once my friends, but they turned on me, and the teachers failed to intervene or hold them accountable. The group was led by one student whose parent worked at the school, creating a toxic environment where the teacher selectively disciplined the class. I was sent to the principal's office or the back of the room multiple times a day for things other students were doing without consequence. Notably, the teacher acted differently whenever another adult was in the classroom, showing she was aware her behavior was inappropriate. I attended this school for two years when I was 10 and 11; I am now about to turn 15, and hopefully, that puts into perspective how long this has affected me. This school silenced me. I was bullied almost every single day, and even after I left, some students continued the harassment. Another review mentions that the founder/principal knows everyone by name, but knowing a name is not the same as knowing a student's heart or ensuring their safety. Leadership failed to act when I was drowning in a toxic environment. I could say a lot more, but I've already given this school enough of my time and my silence. I am sharing this because I don't want anyone else to feel this way. Do not waste your money on this school; protect your child's mental health. The tuition does not provide safety in this 'Christian' environment."

I refuse to think she is the only one getting sick. They are not making the parents aware of anything that is going on. The small time frame she has been there she has gotten a ear infection, caught strep twice and pink eye! All before she turned 1! I've tried expressing my concerns multiple times and all they can say is "Kids eat and drink off of each other". She has came home with other people's cups or a straws that don't even match the cup we brought in for her. PLEASE TAKE YOUR CHILDREN SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THIER HEALTH!

My son attended this daycare for several years and for the majority of it, everything was great…read more However, I had to transfer him to a different daycare only 5 weeks before he was supposed to start kindergarten due to the allegations of abuse taking place at this facility. My son was in the preschool room, and there was a CPS investigation into both of the teachers in that room. One teacher was fired because she caught on camera being too physical with one of the children. I haven't seen that footage, but I was told by one person that this staff member grabbed the child by the arm and "threw him" into timeout. When I confronted the director about it, she said that the staff member grabbed the child roughly by the arm and "placed" him in timeout. She was immediately fired. The second teacher in the room is actually who the call to CPS was made about. She's being accused of hitting and pinching students and is suspended until the CPS investigation is closed. As I'm writing this in July of 2019, the investigation is still open. I'm hoping that they find that this allegation is false, because she's been caring for my child for two years now. Additionally, instead of telling parents what was happening with their children, the director decided it was a better option to ask her staff to lie to parents and tell parents that the preschool teachers were simply on vacation. It wasn't until I confronted her about it that she finally admitted there was a CPS investigation, and this was after I'd had exactly 3 staff members lie to my face about it. I absolutely hated having to pull my son and make him get used to a new childcare facility only a few weeks before I have to move him again so that he can start school, but I no longer trust the staff or the director to be able to keep my child safe. I would urge any parent looking for childcare to look elsewhere.
