I went to this business after I had my smart Lipo done. On my first visit they overcharged me by $20. They took a $20 deposit over the phone and I guess they forgot about it, but it wasn't a huge deal to me. I continued to receive my massages there. Some ladies are better than others, because to be honest, some have no idea what they're doing when they are giving you a massage ..I feel like the main lady is actually certified and she teaches the other girls. Some of them are just clueless. WARNING.......DO NOT DO THE MACHINES TO EARLY. I visited Muneca curves 3 days after I had my Lipo done and they were going to put machines on me.. 3 days post op!! It was way too soon and will cause damage you can ask any doctor. You need to wait before putting these machines on you. And when I mentioned it to the nasty lady behind the counter, she acted as if she knew more than the doctor. The machines are good, but not immediately after having your liposuction done. They charge 110 or 120 (I forgot) for an hour of massaging with the machines included. I asked them not to use the machines and they still charged me the same exact price and gave me a massage for 20 minutes. I then asked if I'm going to be charged the same amount can I at least get an hour massage and they would not do that for me. I'm sorry that a lot off people had bad experiences with this place. I can only speak for myself and my experience was pretty good. I was beginning to develop fibrosis in my stomach and they were rock hard. The technician they had work on me was Maria. I honestly believe she is the tech they used for folks who have fibrosis because Maria is the bomb. My sessions were an hour and she would message my whole body for 30 mintues paying close attention to the areas that had fibrosis. My stomach would be soft when she was done and then they would give me the russain waves treatment with red light therapy. When my fibrosis went away, they gave me cavitation with russain wave treatment. I still have more sessions with them, but due to covid and starting a new job and the facility being closed on Saturdays I fell behind. read more

This is the first review I've ever left, but given my terrible experience I wanted to make sure other ppl were warned before visiting this establishment. I've had multiple minor unprofessional/unorganized moments with the company n staff & I continued to brush it off and stil returned for their services since there arent many places close by that do these services. However, I should have trusted my gut and not returned after my first encounter which was handled poorly but this time was different ... ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES STOLE MY GOLD EARRINGS & THE ACTUAL OWNER DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. I received a new treatment & the girl who was working on me (who the owner later mentioned to me was still being trained.. I had no clue) requested I take my earrings out. She took them from me and said she would place them down on the table. About 10 mins before my massage was over she left the room and someone else turned the machine off. I put my clothes on & left. When I drove off I realized I left my earrings (mind u I left them b/c they were nowhere in sight n no reminder from the girl!) I immediately call them n someone answers n says she's cleaning the area now n there are no earrings there. She claims she'll have to call me back once she speaks to the one that took them as she was on "break." No one ever callls me back so I message them on IG for an update. They're brushing me off.. finally the owner calls me & basically tells me "you should have spoken to an owner regarding valuable stuff".. meanwhile, her employee requested I take my earrings off & took them & her team never contacted me back.. not my fault! After a ton of back & forth & no real accountability or remorse she says she will reimburse me for the earrings & will call me back. 2 days go by and I don't hear from her so I contact her again & she tells me she did her part by looking in the space for the earrings & theres nothing else she needs to do and if I have other issues about it I can file a police report... I started going to Muneca Curves in October. I got postop care which was drainage and massages. And then I followed up with skin tightening. All together I think I purchased three packages. Appointment making was easy and efficient even though the desk staff was not that personable. I loved the service of Alexandra and Maria. Ultimately my results were pretty decent but there were alot of things I didn't particularly care for and probably would have went somewhere else if there was a closer option to home. Some of the staff only spoke spanish. The person who took care of you was inconsistent one day i could have maria then another alexandra then another stephanie then another carmen. Sometimes i would be waiting in a room to be removed from machines and they dont want you to unhook yourself but what are you suppose to do wait and wait? And the last thing that was a huge no no is that they hired someone new gave her minimal training and after 4 months of giving them my business I have someone who has no idea what they are doing. I think it is unfair that 3 of my sessions were basically wasted because of that. They do minimal education as far as telling you why you are doing something or suggesting things to give you optimal results. They lack on customer service big time.
