The owner went so far as to suggest this customer was lying on multiple occasions and stated customer did not have common sense. Owner needs to take a customer service course. Failing to inform the customer of the companies policies and expectations is NOT the fault of the customer. I am out money as a result of this company failing to make things right. AVOID. Update-I went through the BBB and was offered a small refund by the company for services not provided. I accepted this offer on Feb. 17. As of March 28 the funds have not been received. I will consider this matter closed when the cheque is received. Update #2-It is now April 26. Cheque is still not received. Do not use this company. No integrity.

The staff were sympathetic and appeared to be very helpful but unfortunately the owner sets the policies. A good experience begets about 10 positive referrals but a bad one reaches about 70 people. So beware of this company. There are others in Regina who do wonderful work.

Fast, clean and neat service, showed up when he said they would and did the work they said they would do. Provided us great advice on what to do to renovate the kitchen electrical and didn't mislead me or my wife on anything. Kept us informed on what he was doing and didn't treat me or my wife like idiots when we asked questions and was careful to explain and make sure we understood what he was doing and why - and never used the "because its code" answer. They even did some extra work he ran across that wasn't in the contract because he couldn't "as a good electrician, leave it the way it is" and didn't charge us for it. I've had other electrical work done in the house, but none of them were as good, as friendly or as professional as Dmitry and his people. Recommended without any reservation.
