Also, I have always had positive experiences with every customer service person here and I greatly appreciate that. The only suggestion I have is that every once in a while the wait to check out can be longer if everyone is busy with other customers in the back but I understand that happens when the store is busier. She is also very timid and a little backwards. It does not help that as soon as I lift her she wiggles and splays her legs. I booked an appointment for her. This is a really good deal. I paid $50 for a bath, ear clean and nail trim. The nail trim is normally $21. They were great about reminders and letting me know how things were progressing and when she would be ready. My dog smelled incredible was not freaked out and 4 days later is still the best smelling thing in the house.
