The Mudhouse Candle Co. makes scented candles, oils, and wax melts, homemade ice creams, coffees, and have the cutest metal art decor. Edna and Lisa were awfully kind to a weary/dusty traveler, being so patient to let me "sample" a LOT of the oils before deciding on which of the smelly smell oils for the car diffusers I was picking for gifts, as well as the wax melts, and metal art. And Edna was so great, having fun with me taking pics. I would make a trip out that way just to go see their shop again! They were so nice! And the prices were very reasonable. read more

The ladies, Edna and Lisa, who run Mudhouse were very nice and helpful over the phone to me. I love the smell of "Mattie's Kitchen," and have had a really old bottle (15+ years) of the scent. I saved the label and called them, and they sent me a very nice bottle of the same oil and some of the scent blocks as a little gift to me. The candle scent is not expensive and it lasts a long time, and I have had many compliments...("What's that really nice candle smell?") I received the package very quickly (from TX to CA). The product is great, the ladies are wonderful, and I'm kicking myself for not looking up where they are and stopping on one of my trips on I-10 to actually visit.
