Do not purchase your furniture here!! We went in and purchased a king size bed and sofa/loveseat. Sept. 2024-After returning home, I changed my mind on the bed my husband pick out. I messaged Martha on whats app, letting her know that the bed would not fit in our home and we needed a refund. She told me I would lose my "restocking" fee, even though the furniture would not be available for delivery until late November. Ok, I agreed. I will take my loss on the restocking fee. I had to send her my credenciales, and copy of my passport. Martha kept apologizing about the refund but said a manager would contact me. I threatened to call my credit card company if they did not refund my partial purchase. I had a delivery person contact me saying they were ready to deliver. I said hold on a second! No delivery is supposed to be made until late November and I'm trying to get a refund. After going back and forth, I called my credit card company and disputed the charge since Plascencia's furniture would not agree to the partial refund. It took 3 months for this dispute to be resolved in my favor. Do not purchase from them! They will take your money and not care about you as a client once they have it. read more

Terrible, terrible, terrible service! I ordered a three-piece sectional sofa from these buffoons, and when it was delivered a week later, two pieces were correct, but the third was the wrong side. No big deal, mistakes happen. They left the two pieces that were correct, and took the wrong one away, telling me they would return in a week with the correct piece. Instead, they arrived with the EXACT SAME WRONG PIECE. They took it away again, with no answer as to what they would do next to fix my problem. I was told someone would call me, but no one ever did. I went to the store to talk to someone, and they told me they could deliver the correct piece, but I would have to pay $300. I told them I would rather return the whole thing. They told me to take photos of the two pieces in my house, and email them. I did, and they scheduled someone to come pick up the furniture. Two men showed up, but they told me they were only there to take photos of the furniture. They took pictures and left, leaving the pieces in my house. I called the next day to see what was going on, and I was told that they had no record of anyone taking pictures of the sofa, and no one was scheduled to pick them up. Almost every time I have called them on the phone, I have been hung up on or disconnected. Every person I have spoken to has lied to me. Not one person I have spoken to has apologized to me for the total hassle I have been through. No one who works there seems to care at all about their customers. They still have all of my money, and I have two pieces of a sectional sofa taking up space in my home. NEVER SHOP HERE!!! read more

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO GIVING THIS PLACE ANY MONEY! Myself and my partner arrived early evening 9/29/16 and were greeted by Erika De La Cruz on of the many sales persons who stalk you while walking around shopping in the store. After careful thought we decided to buy a sofa and Rug from this company. We were promised delivery prior to 5pm 9/30/16 we secured the delivery with 1000 mx pesos and stated that we would return in the morning with the final payment due to my US bank was closed at the hour of purchase. We arrived 9/30 morning 1030 am and payed the remainder of the balance. At this time we were reassured the delivery would be prior to 5 pm same afternoon. 445 pm we decided to call to verify the correct address was noted on the delivery. we were quickly transferred multiple times until finally someone finally came out and told us the truth. OUR ITEMS WERE NOT EVEN NOTED FOR DELIVERY TODAY OF AT ALL AS A MATTER OF FACT! We were transferred to the manager of both stores Mariam Garcia who then tells us that the best she could do is arrange delivery for around 10pm tonite! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS? HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF SOMEONE SHOWS UP AT 10 PM WITH A FURNITURE DELIVERY THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! So we went back to the store who refused refund my card and only wanted to give me a check that wouldn't be able to cash till later this month. NOT UNTIL THREATENING TO CUT MY OWN CARD AND CALL MY BANK AND REPORT THEM FOR FRAUD did they miraculously find a way to refund my card DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY !
