The only reason this business has 5 stars is because they are having close friends and family members writing fake reviews. Nothing is 5 stars about this business! I will not stop until the truth is revealed. Notice everytime there is a bad review they come back with 3 or 4 good reviews to bring the stars back up! Straight fraud! Took my deposit and came up with some lame excuses about how they really tried to help! I will never stop exposing this business! I have the pictures and everything of how clean that apartment was! It be better company if they stop teying use past problems on other tenants. They raised rent. People that been in there apartment over 3 years or more they don't take care of property. They don't think safety of kids. Single moms that don't have support team . They want fix floors with holes or cracks been there. They alot of nosey people . They want your money but treat some with great ethic others like they just teying find fault all cost to you but if they seen ur money . Alot people don't get paid 1 st and 15 th . Some get paid middle of month. With respect some have have car . The commenting is terrible in alot areas especially during times school in . It just they do alot . Trash come once week . Got no privacy on back of apartment . It need alot up keep . They want your money . They quick to make feel like nobody but a number . Plenty places where people moved in and moved out found cheaper rent some just say it's not worth money . You don't have a choice you see at end no win . I hope they see nothing wrong making money . At end of day what is money got nothing show for it . Sure big names . Way it goes who are nice places for . You take crumbs but got no better privacy . You got deal with pest control. You deal with people throwing trash all over property. You deal with this and that . Yet u can't catch break because people in good while it all good they got good fresh hot water. Your pressure low in bathroom shower and kitchen faucet . Got alot deal with . If got stressful.job as well then tey pay all bills and rent and light bill if got car u got pay it and car insurance. If u get behind you told them ur situation but at end u may just have grind teeth . It be alot deal with it . They don't understand alot . They got programs . I would like to take a moment to express how grateful I am for Muey Properties I have rented apartments for several years and this is the best company I've ever dealt with. The apartment itself is quaint but was very clean and ready for move in from the get go. I have never had to wait for an answer from any of the staff in any issues I've had. Twice I needed maintenance for minor repairs. But times I reported in the morning g and by the time I returned around noon for lunch, the issue was fixed in a way that it looked brand new.
