This year I wanted to get a nice birthday cake for my dog Maru. I looked around online and found this shop in vallejo and gave it a go. Maru, myself, and my brother went to check it out and were absolutely impressed with Auntie Lori's service and approachability. Maru felt so at home, safe, and calm in the shop. I also didn't expect him to take the treat that was given to him by Lori since most of the time he's very picky. Lori actually asked about the kind of treats he likes and identified one that she felt he would absolutely love and behold he actually took it nicely and even asked for one more! I came in for a second visit, since I had been planning on visiting since February this year but we were attending the Farmer's Market so we didn't have much time. A few days ago I made time, since my puppy injured his hind leg and needed to rest I figured I was going to look for CBD treats, and luckily she had them!! Grain free too. I was also looking for natural flea and tick shampoo as well as hypoallergenic. She spent at least 20 minutes going over all the options with me, showing me samples as well. I decided on getting a sample of the Grain Free Blueberry CBD treats, a couple shampoo samples, flea and tick cedar wood spray, and a few shampoo bar samples. I even went to the treat bar and got a burger wafer and a hotdog for my pups(Which they LOVE). The CBD treats WORK. My 14 week old puppy has been so calm when I give him those, helping his leg to heal faster. He is actually walking on it now. Also, we tried the flea and tick sample bar, which still has a lot left over even after bathing 1 full sized dog and 1 puppy. NO dog smell!! They didn't even stink like wet dog. I will be back for a full sized bar when we are out. She also has Taste of the Wild 5lb bags for cheaper than Petco, AND your money is not only helping her biz but our economy in Vallejo. The chuckit balls are also waaay cheaper here as well. If you are looking for an alternative to Petco or Petsmart this is the spot, you will get great customer service who has knowledge about ALL of her products, she even bakes doggy birthday cakes and has mixes for you to make them as well, even ice cream for dogs. A very special thanks to Mugsy's Pet Supply and Barkery for helping us make our dog's second birthday extra special! The staff was wonderful and made the ordering process very easy. The cake options were very cute and our dogs loved it! I highly recommend purchasing a cake here if you're looking to make your fur baby's birthday extra special. The carob cake was able to feed 2 large dogs and 2 small dogs with a little extra left over for seconds. It appeared to us that the dogs thoroughly enjoyed the cake as they ate it in seconds. All or friends were impressed with the design and authenticity of the cake and said they would be ordering their cakes for their pup's birthday in the future! Walked in here on a whim. It wasn't busy for a Saturday afternoon. It's located just a block from the Vallejo Farmers Market. Such a cute little shop. They had cake-mix especially made for dogs in all different flavors (Red Velvet, Peanut Butter, Carrot Cake, etc.) Super cute! They also had already made biscuits that are already packaged to go. So glad we found this place before heading home to Portland. The place is small but filled with great quality selection of dog toys, treats , collars and many more items. Their fresh baked treats are the best. We picked up a bone shaped cookie with a Happy Birthday writing on it, perfect gift for our Chewy and he loved it :)!! They sell a variety of different gourmet treats for dogs (I can't remember if they had gourmet kitty treats). We were visiting from LA, and needed a harness for our pup. Saw that this store had great reviews, so we took a chance and drove on over. As soon as we walked in, the worker girl didn't even greet us with a hello. She was too busy talking to a man who was venting to her about his job? Really? The whole 5 min we walked in the store, she didn't stop talking to him. How rude and unprofessional!
