I made an appointment to get a notary seal on some documents. I was pleased to hear they were accepting appointments because some businesses were not, due to COVID 19. Customer service was reasonable and professional. The office is located 5 minutes outside the center of Haarlem, it's very easy to find. I also appreciated they did not charge an arm and leg to get documents notarized, because I have been to a few places in the past that did.
