It literally pains me to write this review. I was not sure I was even going to but my boyfriend…read moretold me I should. I am an organized person and when my accident occurred in the summer of 2022 (someone hit my car), I began chiropractic treatment. I was referred to Eric by them. They said he was great and I just gave him a call without any research; trusting my chiropractor as they were good. Unfortunately, the service I received from him was subpar. Upon the initial phone call, he was speaking quite fast but stated it would be best to go over things in person so I went to see him after scheduling a time to go in. As I entered the room, the office staff were nice but did not seem to be on the same page as to what was going on. Shortly after, I was directed into his office. The visit was brief-no more than 30 mins. I had my planner with all the information about the accident but he just asked me the basics. I asked if he needed to send me any photos but he stated no. I just felt the conversation with him was so rushed and he was talking over me. However, I let it go as he was going to be working on my case. I followed up with him a few months later as I had received no other contact/follow-up. This call was quite upsetting. I had already finished my chiropractic services in early January 2023 and waited a few months for him to reach out. When I called the office due to not getting any follow-up and asked to speak to him, he again spoke to me super fast. I had mentioned I was following up and he kept speaking to me. None of it was making sense. He was asking when did the accident happen, when could I stop by to start the process etc. I informed him again, I am FOLLOWING UP as I had not heard back from him. I was frustrated that his mannerism on the phone was not professional. He did not ask for my name at all, so obviously that's why he did not know I was a returning case although I mentioned it a few times. Multiple times he cut me off. Even when he finally realized I was a return client, he did not look at my file at all-because he asked me to repeat the accident and then re-explained the process. He then informed me that I should send pictures of the accident. Of which I pointed out I had offered to send them over last year when we met in person and he declined stating it was not necessary. The other driver was at fault so this was an easier case because their insurance already confirmed they would be covering the costs. Regardless, I tried to be nice although he kept cutting me off and his tone was kind of condescending. I asked if the insurance would send the check over to me and he stated it would be sent to him/the law firm. Which is fine-it was just a question so I could know to expect it in the mail or not. However, this is what really made me upset. His answer to that was very rude. He could have just stated "the insurance will send over the money to the firm so we can pay the difference to you and the chiropractor". Instead, he literally shocked me when he said "why would they send it to you? You might not pay me or the chiropractor. They can't send it to you, what if you're a drug addict and we don't get paid, then we will come sue you". Literally, I'm still baffled. I kid you not-I was so offended in those words coming out of a professional. I honestly don't know how I kept it together, I was just thinking to myself, this will be over soon. I feel like there is no professionalism there, I'm the client and whether I pay you directly or from the insurance, you should treat me as a client. After that, I just kept my answers short to end the call. This was not easy to write because I feel bad as I did receive my insurance claim through his help, however, I would've received it no matter which attorney I went to. The last call I received was when he informed he would write me the check and I could pick it up or get it mailed-he was nice on this call as it was a short call and concluding the case. My schedule is super busy-also had to plan and attend a funeral the past 2 weeks so I asked for it to be mailed. I received the check today and am glad it's all complete. However, even on the mail to me, my name (which is a total of 8 letters) was spelled incorrectly. Everything seems so rushed with him. I cannot recommend him. I'm not sure if this page is correct/up to date as it may be under a new firm name...I also can't speak for the other attorneys at that firm. I will still say thank you for him working on my case. I still appreciate the work he did, but definitely did not appreciate the lack of communication or the way I spoken to.
