Multiple times, I have sent photos of damage, for which I am wholly responsible, to them, showing the frame I would like to replace. But I have yet to receive a commitment from them to help. I will persevere and climb the corporate ladder until I find someone willing to assist. My advice to anyone who is looking for window coverings of any kind is to look elsewhere.
