I was tossing out what should have been good meat from so many of our local grocery chains so my husband and I decided to check out the local butchers and I was surprised at how much better their meats are at the Hook and Cleaver. They are willing to take the time to help you decide on the best meats and I was really impressed. No more fatty steaks and meat that turned into chocking hazards when cooked, everything we have purchased from this shop is excellent. The quality and freshness of their steaks are phenomenal! I have always been a good cook but with finding this shop it turned up my cooking to a whole new level.
