They have said they were waiting on my sunglasses from the supplier so they clearly didn't have them in stock to sell. If you are from UK don't buy from them I would look at adding another 20%+ on what you actually pay on their website. From my experience do not buy from these if you are from the uk.

I came across this cure optometrist while taking a random laneway and popped in to see if they could be fixed. As I tried to explain in English what had happened, the gentleman gestured that he would fix them and went out back for a few minutes. He returned, glasses good as new and when I took out my wallet to pay he put up his hands and smiled as if to say " don't worry, my pleasure!". Way to make a foreigner feel special, right?

A few months ago I bought my glasses in Opticalia Sitges…read more Last Thursday I took them in because I had lost one of the screws that holds the lens in position, I was told that they would be ready the next day. I did not go to pick them up on Friday and went instead on Saturday afternoon. When I went to collect them I was told that while trying to fix them, they managed to snap the bridge and now they needed to send them to a shop specialized in titanium welding and that they would charge me for the damage. Apparently the insurance only covers for 70% of the cost of the repair and the remaining 30% would be my responsibility (+- 9€). Let's see: you break my glasses, do not call me, I stay without glasses for a few days and also you charge me for the damage and I spent 150€ with you for the glasses 9 months ago?? This is NOT professionalism and customer service. ------------------------ Update: Since this review was published, Opticalia contacted me and fixed my glasses for free. It's a shame I had to go to these measures to get a fair solution. El jueves pasado se las llevé porque había saltado un tornillo de la lente, me comentaron que el día siguiente ya la podía retirar. El viernes no pasé y fui a recogerlas en sábado por la tarde. Al recogerla me dijeron que mientras intentaban arreglarlas le se rompió el puente y que ahora tenían que enviarlas a una tienda especializada en soldaduras de titanio y que me hubieron pasado cuenta del daño. Me dijeron que el seguro solo cobra el 70% del coste de la reparación y que el restante 30% y responsabilidad mía. Vamos a ver: vosotros me las rompéis, no me llamáis, me quedo sin gafas por unos cuantos días y además me cobráis a mi?? Esta NO es profesionalidad y atención al cliente. ----------------------- Actualización: Cuando este comentario se publicó, Opticalia se puso en contacto conmigo y arregló mis gafas de forma gratuita. Es una pena que tenía que ir a estas medidas para conseguir una solución justa. El trabajo se hizo bien y el trato fue profesional.
