Ended up cleaning our carpets with our home carpet cleaner and the water was black . This was in a room we haven't used because of the carpet issue's , so it wasn't a high traffic room. They also won't price match appliances. As a new build you have to get your electrical done through them. If you buy appliances somewhere else they charge you an arm and leg to install them. So basically either way you are screwed. So my suggestion please stay away from them .
