My husband and my daughter ordered two separate arrangements for my house for my birthday on April 23 and I received the exact same arrangement. Looks like they would've made them a bit different for someone's special birthday. What is so unsettling is I received my flowers Wednesday late afternoon and by Sunday they were basically dead, and spending $100-$150 on arrangement. I think they should last a little longer than 3 to 4 days. On Monday, my friend and I walked into the store and I had photos of my flowers and they basically said sorry 3 to 4 days is the life expectancy of the flowers. I've gone to numerous flowers shops and have received numerous flower arrangements and they last one to two weeks no problem . They were not friendly. They did not do anything for me or give me a credit or anything and I think that's so unsettling, will not do business there any longer and neither will any of my friends that all live in Whitefish! They treated me very demeaning!!! FYI Brand new owners, this would've never happened from the previous fabulous owner! ‍ read more

If I could give this a minus 10 review I would. The flowers were quite expensive (over $100!) and really pitiful. Some of the blossoms were already wilting with brown edges. There were carnations (super low budget flowers) in this bouquet and a few other flowers. The vase was also unimpressive and cheap looking. We had purchased this as a gift and were embarrassed to give it to our friend & hostess. read more

After recently moving to the area from WA state (near Portland, OR) I was incredibly happy to find such a gorgeous shop with so much variety! I shopped here twice before Christmas and the store set up was magical, filled to the brim with decor, candles, gifts and so much more. This little shop brings me so much joy, it is a smaller shop and full of so many goodies so strollers aren't recommended in my opinion. It's a busy place with super friendly and helpful staff plus a super sweet owner Cara. Happy to have 'discovered' Mum's and I was actually shocked to hear my family who'd lived here for 5 years had never stopped in there! I am SO impressed with this store's hospitality, generosity, and kindness. I stopped by a few weeks ago while on vacation and accidentally left several cards on the counter after purchasing them. If I could give zero stars I would. I have repeatedly ordered arrangements from Mum's with agreed specific flowers and every time an arrangement resembling something generic from Safeway shows up. This includes an experience w my wedding flowers! Due to lack of options in the area I muster up false hope every time. It is so disappointing that the quality of their arrangements never match their website or charm of their store. It's a tremendous and insulting waste of time and money. read more

I was thrilled mum's could make my wedding bouquet so soon, however they had largely fallen apart before I even made it down the isle. One of the pins was placed it kept stabbing my hand and the entire bouquet fell apart and had to be rewrapped by our planner. Flowers were nice but the actually assembly was a mess :(. read more

Our wedding was this past Friday September 18th and you Mum's EXCEEDED my expectations. The flowers were even better than I could have imagined. I planned my wedding from New York (up until this past week, I had never even been to Montana) and I did major research to find you guys I am SO pleased with my decision. I even had a chance to stop into Mum's when we went into Whitefish for the first time, a few days before our wedding at Lake McDonald. Thank you for making the process so seamless, for delivering the flowers even earlier than our delivery time and for the gorgeous arrangements. They are so so stunning- I even took them back home with me to New York (I carefully placed them in my wedding dress box and they made it through the airport without a problem) and they looked amazing DAYS later. Disappointed, I wanted to send flowers to my mother for her birthday. I am in the military and don't live in the area anymore. They said that they don't deliver to her address and then didn't even try to work around that via pick up at a location or deliver it to the closest place they can get to. I was upset that they didn't try to make arrangements with me, it isn't like I was unwilling to pay the extra to have them deliver it to her house. I'm mostly just upset because their flowers are gorgeous and they wouldn't deliver them for me. read more

I recently took a workshop at Mum's and it was so much fun! The cost of the workshop included a pottery dish, a choice of succulents to plant, decorative items, wine, and snacks. It was very well organized and the instructors were very helpful. I got to take a beautiful finished product home with me. When I walked in they even remembered me from doing the flowers for my daughter's wedding 2 1/2 years ago. They did a great job on her flowers too and are always very helpful. read more

I was very disappointed with both the service and the product that I received from Mum's Flowers. I felt that they took advantage of the fact that I was calling from out of town and the bouquet was going to a nursing home. The flowers were going to my mother-in-law, who was recuperating from a knee replacement. A few days later I was able to make the trip over to Whitefish to see her and was appalled when I saw the bouquet. I had ordered the $40.00 minimum plus delivery. I'm sorry but I don't feel that 2 snapdragons, 3 daisies, a sprig of tiny filler flowers and some tree leaves make a $40.00 bouquet. When I went to the business to talk to them about this, I was told I could go get the bouquet and bring it in and they would "freshen it up a bit"!! Seriously?
